Welcome to RollXO Casino. By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any service on our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully — it governs your rights, responsibilities, and relationship with RollXO Casino.

Eligibility Requirements
To use RollXO Casino services, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and illegal.

Account Registration & Management
2.1 One Account Per Person Rule
You may create and maintain only ONE account at RollXO Casino. This restriction applies per:
- Person (individual identity)
- Household (residential address)
- IP address (internet connection)
- Device (computer, phone, tablet)
- Payment method (credit card, e-wallet)
2.2 Accurate Information Requirement
All information provided during registration must be 100% accurate and verifiable. This includes: full legal name (as on government ID), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address. Providing false information is fraudulent and grounds for immediate account termination.
2.3 Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of username and password
- All activity on your account (authorized or unauthorized)
- Logging out after each session, especially on shared devices
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
RollXO is NOT liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
2.4 Account Closure & Dormancy
Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Withdrawable funds will be paid out after verification.
Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be charged a monthly administration fee of AU$5 (deducted from balance). We will notify you 30 days before applying fees.
KYC & Anti-Money Laundering
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory under Curaçao Gaming Authority regulations. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions.

RollXO Casino has zero tolerance for money laundering. We reserve the right to:
- Request Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for deposits over AU$5,000
- Freeze accounts showing suspicious activity patterns
- Report suspicious transactions to authorities
- Require source of funds documentation for large transactions

4.4 Failed Deposits & Chargebacks
If a deposit fails due to insufficient funds or bank rejection, the transaction will be reversed. RollXO is not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawals & Payouts
5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Processing times:

You must wager your deposit at least 3× (three times) before withdrawal eligibility. This is a Curaçao Gaming Authority anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all deposits, even those without bonuses attached.
5.3 Withdrawal Limits
Standard Players:
- AU$5,000 per week
- AU$20,000 per month
VIP Players: Higher limits available. Contact VIP manager.
Progressive Jackpots: Wins over AU$50,000 may be paid in monthly instalments at casino’s discretion.
5.4 Withdrawal Reversal Rights
RollXO Casino reserves the right to reverse withdrawals if evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or Terms violations is discovered — even after funds have been sent. Players must repay reversed withdrawals on demand.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture and account closure.
6.1 General Bonus Rules
- Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses have 35× wagering requirement
- Wagering contribution: Slots 100%, Table Games 10%, Live Casino 10%
- Maximum bet while bonus active: AU$5 per spin/hand
- Bonuses expire 30 days after activation if wagering incomplete
- One welcome bonus per player/household/IP address
6.2 Bonus Abuse & Forfeiture
Prohibited activities:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
- Coordinating play with other players (collusion)
- Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering (e.g., opposite bets in roulette)
- Exceeding maximum bet rule (AU$5) during bonus play
- Abusing software bugs or errors for financial gain
6.3 Bonus Terms Modifications
RollXO Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses at the time of modification will be honored under original terms.
Game Rules & Fair Play
7.1 Random Number Generation (RNG)
All RollXO Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are tested by independent auditors (iTech Labs, GLI) to verify compliance with international gaming standards.
7.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction or software error: All affected bets and payouts are void. Your stake will be refunded to your account balance.
If a game freezes mid-round, your bet remains valid and the round will complete automatically. Results can be viewed in your game history.
7.3 Irregular Play & Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Use of bots, automated software, or third-party tools
- Collusion with other players
- Exploiting software bugs for financial gain
- Advantage play techniques (e.g., card counting in live dealer blackjack)
- Any strategy designed to guarantee profits or minimize risk artificially

You can set the following limits in Account Settings:

Limit increases: 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases: Effective immediately.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If you feel your gambling is out of control, you can request self-exclusion for:

- Permanently

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination:
Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, identity theft, document forgery.
Using RollXO to launder criminal proceeds, layering transactions, structuring deposits.
Creating more than one account to circumvent limits or claim bonuses repeatedly.
Coordinating play with other players, chip dumping, syndicate play in tournaments.
Abusing bugs, hacking, reverse engineering, DDoS attacks, automated gameplay.
Disputing legitimate deposits after using funds for gameplay.
Account Termination
10.1 Voluntary Closure by Player
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out after verification. Bonuses and pending bets will be forfeited.
10.2 Termination by RollXO Casino
RollXO Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Abusive behavior toward staff or players
- Account dormancy (12+ months with zero balance)
10.3 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination:
- All bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are immediately forfeited
- Pending bets are voided
- Legitimate withdrawable funds (verified deposits + verified winnings) will be returned after investigation
- You are permanently banned from creating new accounts
Disputes & Complaints
11.1 Internal Complaint Procedure

11.2 Licensing Authority

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
